The weekends just passed and as always Kendal Calling delivered a wet, sloppy, mud bath of a festival with some of the best live music and atmosphere you can find! I did photography coverage for the Jam Tent who are a charity that get disadvantaged and disabled young people involved in live music and gigs. They did a great job over the weekend with a real sense of community and dedication to getting everyone involved. Some smashing music was played too! They really do cater to their audience and provide a great service and I cannot express how happy the audience were to get involved!
Below is the gallery of the tents weekend. Unfortunately the weather was so bad they had to cancel the Sunday and the tent was so dark with minimal lighting that the cameras were struggling but we got the best we could have with what we had.
I am happy to announce that I will be doing photography coverage for the Jam Tent at Kendal Calling. It is a great cause getting disadvantaged and disabled young people involved in gigs and music and I am happy to be able to cover this event!
Cabbage were headlining the first night on the BBC Introducing stage at Highest Point this year and boy did they kick it off with a bang! They were electric, sensational and played their much loved originals including Uber Capitalist! They were upbeat and energetic from their lyrics down to their music! With Joe climbing the steel beams and kicking amps about, they were definitely shredding the stage up! They were sensational and had a well deserved crowd for it!
